Dairoo
Modena, Italy
What it is
Dairoo is a personal calendar app and visual diary for organizing daily notes on Android, iOS, and the web. Users can color days, organize notes, and apply status labels to get an at-a-glance view of activity. Entries can contain text, images, videos, audio recordings, and documents such as PDF, Word, and Excel files. The app can be used to record moods and habits, follow daily activities and productivity, or keep personal life logs. Dairoo has a free version with usage limits and monthly or annual Pro plans that unlock premium features; plan prices are displayed in the app and may vary by country. Account creation uses Google Sign-in and does not require a Dairoo username or password. The privacy policy says content is stored in Firestore in Belgium and automatically backed up to a user's personal Google Drive. It lists TLS 1.3 for communications and AES-256 encryption at rest on Firestore, and says Google Drive data is encrypted at rest. Users can export notes and metadata or permanently delete data through account settings; deletion is stated to occur within 48 hours. Optional analytics and error monitoring require consent and can be disabled in privacy settings.
