CurrentWare Data Loss Prevention
Canada
What it is
CurrentWare Data Loss Prevention is endpoint DLP software for controlling devices, websites, apps and AI tools, monitoring file transfers and keeping audit evidence in one console. Its agent tracks copying, pasting, printing, screen capture and writes to removable media, including when a device is outside the corporate network. AccessPatrol can block, allow or make access read-only for USB storage, external drives, SD cards, optical media, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and mobile devices. File logs can record copied, moved, renamed or deleted files with the user, machine, timestamp, filename and destination. BrowseControl and AccessPatrol can block uploads and downloads to unmanaged cloud apps such as Google Drive or Dropbox. Users and groups can sync from Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID, and logs can be exported through CEF to Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm or Elastic. Endpoint clients support Windows, macOS and Linux; the console can run in CurrentWare Cloud or on a customer server. Plans list AccessPatrol at $12 a month billed annually and the Full CurrentWare Suite at $20 a month. A 14-day trial is available, with no free plan.
