Crisp Menu Management
Salt Lake City, Utah, United States
What it is
Crisp Menu Management helps quick-service restaurant brands create a centrally governed menu, manage regional and store differences, and publish approved changes to selected locations and ordering channels. The master menu can contain products, modifiers, recipes, product settings, corporate descriptions, and images. Brands can set availability and prices by region or operating format, while authorized store users can make permitted local changes, such as adjusting prices or adding products. Central definitions can remain protected from store edits.
Teams can prepare and review updates before releasing them to selected menu groups and stores. They can preview layout, modifier behavior, pricing, and order flow, and Crisp describes pilot stores as an additional validation step for larger rollouts. The menu foundation supports employee POS, web ordering, branded mobile apps, kiosks, and direct DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub integrations. Crisp offers guided onboarding sessions and help documentation. Pricing is available on request; service fees and usage limits may be specified in each customer’s Services Agreement.
