Cover Letter Copilot
What it is
Cover Letter Copilot is a web application that drafts personalized cover letters from a resume or experience details and a job description. Users can upload a PDF resume, including scanned documents handled with OCR, or enter experience directly. The service generates a letter, which can be revised in a rich text editor or regenerated, then downloaded as a PDF. The maker says most letters take under 60 seconds. Input fields allow up to 20,000 characters for resume or experience information and 8,000 characters for the job description. Its stated formatting avoids tables and graphics and is intended to be ATS-friendly. The free plan is free and provides one unblurred letter daily; extra same-day letters are blurred, and the listed Free plan prevents copying or downloading them. Paid plans provide unlimited access, while GPT-5.2 is available to Elite subscribers. Elite Navigator users can save and organize multiple letters, and Active Seeker and Elite Navigator users can save resumes for reuse. The service offers a web platform and a free plan.
