What it is
ConexED Retain is a web platform for higher education institutions to identify students who may need support, route alerts to advisors, and follow interventions through resolution. Learning-management activity and configurable rules can flag shifts in attendance, grades, engagement, or milestones. Faculty can raise a concern from a student profile, and students can submit configurable self-referrals that open an advisor case. Case records track severity, assignment, resolution reasons, and changes; they can also hold timestamped notes, labels, attachments, and threaded comments shared by advising, tutoring, financial aid, and counseling teams. Retain calculates student success scores using LMS engagement, attendance, milestone completion, and advising touchpoints.
