What it is
Citrix ADC, now called NetScaler, is an application delivery and security platform for delivering applications, protecting applications and APIs, and observing performance across environments. Traffic features include load balancing, intelligent traffic management, SSL/TLS offloading, dynamic scaling, Kubernetes ingress, and multi-cluster routing. Security tools include a web application firewall, API protection, and bot mitigation. It can run as VPX virtual machines, CPX containers, BLX bare metal, or MPX and SDX hardware. A common code base and single management plane support hybrid and multi-cloud management.
