What it is
Church Presenter is a free, open-source presentation platform for churches, ministries, missionaries, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions. It can build service schedules from Bible verses, songs, videos, presentations, announcements, and web pages, and display up to six Bible translations at once. The software opens PowerPoint, Keynote, and PDF files without requiring Microsoft Office or Apple Keynote. Android and iOS apps can control a desktop presentation remotely or present independently to a TV, projector, or browser. Production integrations include automatic OBS Studio scene changes, Blackmagic ATEM upstream key control, and action mapping to Stream Deck hardware through Bitfocus Companion. Attendees can submit questions by QR code for administrators to moderate, approve, display, and optionally put to a vote. The app tracks displayed songs and Bible verses and exports CCLI usage data in CSV or Excel formats. Most presentation and project data is stored locally. Desktop use requires no account; mobile apps use analytics and error-reporting tools for anonymous crash and usage reports.
