Chuffed
What it is
Chuffed is a web-based crowdfunding platform for socially conscious projects, serving individuals, not-for-profits, social enterprises and community groups. Organizers can run crowdfunding campaigns, create peer-to-peer fundraiser pages and teams, add website donation forms, and offer regular or matched giving. Campaigners can connect Stripe, PayPal or both to receive donations directly, and Chuffed says funds can be accessed without reaching the campaign goal first. Organizers receive real-time donor data, on-demand reports, campaign updates and email journeys. Documented integrations include Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Facebook Pixel and Action Network. Chuffed offers free pricing models: Shared Model has no default platform fee but campaigners pay 2–3% processing fees; Keep 100% Model puts card fees on donors and has regional limits; Flat Fee Model charges campaigners 2–3% card fees plus a platform fee. Campaign eligibility follows the Acceptable Use Policy. Chuffed was founded in 2013.
