What it is
BidPal is OneCause’s mobile bidding product for nonprofit auctions and fundraising events. It supports in-person, virtual, and hybrid fundraisers, including live, silent, and online auctions. Guests can register, browse items, bid, and donate before an event, with their bids—including Max Bids—carrying over to the event. They can filter and favorite items, set a Max Bid, use Buy Now, and receive real-time alerts when outbid or when they win. Guests access events through a website or a unique URL sent by text, without downloading an app. Auction AI can generate item descriptions, suggest items likely to drive bids, sort items by guest bidding activity, and provide personalized support through OneCause AI Guide.
