What it is
Beonflow is a web platform combining investor operations and compliance workflows for German venture capital funds. Its investor module covers LP registers, capital calls, distributions, capital account statements, and an LP portal. Fund teams can generate investor, NAV, and performance reports from fund data and export them as PDF or CSV. The platform also supports KYC and AML workflows, including screening against PEP, sanctions, and adverse-media lists with evidence packages.
AI can extract and cite information from fund documents, but a person must approve AI-assisted decisions before they take effect. Customers can disable AI per tenant and choose the AI provider; customer data is not used to train models. Beonflow runs on STACKIT, with data centres exclusively in Germany and Austria, and says fund data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
