Summary

Beckon Access is a cloud-managed access-control system for gyms, golf clubs, gated communities, and businesses. It combines a management portal, Beckon IoT hardware, and a mobile app, allowing users to open nearby doors and gates with a tap. Operators can set up temporary accounts, external partner access, and day passes that do not require the app. Hardware supports WiFi and 4G/LTE, with a SIM card included for LTE devices. The devices can operate online or offline independently of local infrastructure and include monitoring, automatic fault detection, and failsafe mode. Operators can send push notifications, emails, SMS, and newsletters, and optionally require confirmation before zone entry. The platform also manages subscriptions, scheduled activation and deactivation, SEPA direct debit, and returned payments. Integrations include a REST management API with real-time webhooks and a Magicline connector. Setup, training, and ongoing support are included. Prices listed include €99.00 per month for the club management add-on and €499.00 once for installation, plus a call-out charge.
