What it is
Augment creates real-time 3D product visualizations at real-world scale for e-commerce and in-person selling. Its AR Viewer supports ARKit and ARCore and can run as a standalone app or be added to a customer’s app. Offline synchronization lets users access products without connectivity. The 3D Viewer can be embedded on webpages and also works in modern browsers and mobile apps; a JavaScript Web SDK provides 3D and AR visualization for websites and checks the integration key against the authorized domain. The 3D Vault stores models with private or public settings, though stored models cannot be downloaded. It supports OBJ, Collada, KML, 3ds, PLY, and STL files, with uploads of up to 1 million polygons and textures of any size. Teams provides user and access management and usage analytics.
