asyncmate
What it is
Asyncmate runs asynchronous team check-ins through Slack or Microsoft Teams. It sends standup questions, gathers responses, and posts a digest covering progress, blockers, and next steps. Other tools include project-hours logging, polls, anonymous surveys, and kudos. Its optional Pro AI digest uses Anthropic’s Claude API to summarize check-in answers as blockers and action items; workspaces can disable AI digests so check-in content is not sent to Anthropic. An optional Notion connection archives each closed check-in run in a database. The Free plan supports up to 10 active teammates and includes plain daily digests, 90-day check-in and hours history, and up to 20 kudos monthly. Pro is listed at $2.50 per active participant per month, with $0 pricing until November 1, 2026. After that, the 14-day trial requires a card and can be canceled before billing. Microsoft Teams is in beta and does not yet support digest posting in private channels. Asyncmate is offered to business users, not consumers.
