What it is
Adobe Enhance Speech is a web tool for reducing noise and echo in voice recordings and dialogue in audio or video. It filters noise and artifacts, adjusts pitch and volume, and normalizes audio. It accepts WAV, MP3, M4A, AAC, and FLAC audio, plus MP4, MOV, and M4V video, and returns downloads in the imported file format. Uploads can be up to 1 GB. The tool is language agnostic; it does not generate or translate across languages.
The free plan is audio-only, processes one file at a time, and does not offer strength adjustment. It allows files up to 30 minutes and 500 MB, with one hour of enhancement per day. Firefly Pro adds video support, bulk uploads, strength controls, up to two hours and 1 GB per file, and up to four hours of daily enhancement for $19.99 a month, billed monthly. Adobe says results depend on speaker audibility and background noise, and clearer pronunciation and enunciation can improve output. The web tool is optimized for desktop and mobile browsers including Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox. Adobe Podcast provides guides for importing multitrack Zoom and Restream recordings into Studio, and directs users to Help Center chat or the Adobe Podcast team for assistance.
