Adiasoft Production Software
Arequipa, Peru
What it is
Adiasoft Production Software is a cloud-based system for factories and industrial plants. It covers demand- and capacity-based production planning, materials requirements planning (MRP), manufacturing orders, shop-floor progress, costs, and e-invoicing. Its MRP uses multilevel bills of materials to generate purchase requirements. Work can be followed by stage, shift, and daily production, while actual material, labor, and overhead costs are recorded per order. Paid plans list production reports, work centers, routings, quality control, waste and rework, lot and serial traceability, and OEE indicators. The broader platform connects production with sales, purchasing, CRM, treasury, accounting, payroll, a supplier portal, quality control, and machine maintenance. E-invoicing is filed with SUNAT in Peru; in 16 other countries, the system is configured but does not yet file documents with tax authorities. The free plan permits up to 100 internal-control documents monthly, but they are not tax-valid. The Plan Pyme is $120 a month, and Plan Corporativo is $250 a month. The service is web-based.
