Yomu EBook Reader
What it is
Yomu EBook Reader is an ebook app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac that emphasizes readable, uncluttered presentation. It opens DRM-free EPUB, Mobi, Kindle AZW/AZW3/KF8, PDF, CBZ, and CBR files. Readers can select fonts and sizes, switch day or night modes, choose page or scrolling layouts, and save defaults for individual books. Text selection supports notes and highlights, while search works inside EPUB, Mobi, and Kindle books. Books can arrive through AirDrop, OPDS, Calibre, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, iTunes, or other storage providers. The app also points to public-domain selections from Standard Ebooks, Project Gutenberg, ManyBooks, and epubBooks. Apple iCloud stores books and annotations and synchronizes them between devices. A free version has basic features, document limits, and possible ads. Yomu Pro costs $7.99, paid once; Yomu Pro (Karma) costs $12.99, paid once.
