WarmEnvelopes
What it is
WarmEnvelopes schedules warm-up emails from a configured domain through the user's Resend account to recipient inboxes they control, helping build sending history. Setup requires a verified sending domain and a Resend API key, with a separate key stored for each domain. A scheduler runs every 30 minutes and spreads the daily target across the day; Pro users can set the starting volume, increase, and maximum. The service says its library contains more than 1,000 independently written messages in several languages, with templates and sender names randomized. A dashboard tracks daily progress, while the sending log lists the sender, template, delivery status, and any error. The service says it sends genuine messages rather than using shared inbox pools, bot opens, automated replies, or spam-folder rescues. The Free plan costs nothing and allows 4 emails per day per domain across up to 10 domains. Pro costs €9 a month and supports up to 1,000 emails per day. A separate no-sign-up checker checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and blocklist status.
