VoterTerminal
What it is
VoterTerminal provides anonymous online voting for civic leagues, homeowners associations, unions, nonprofits and other community organizations. Administrators upload a CSV voter roll, then email each eligible voter a personal access code. Ballots support plurality, majority and ranked-choice (IRV) methods, with automatic result calculation when elections close. Administrators can monitor turnout, export results, verify quorum participation and inspect a timestamped audit log without seeing how anyone voted. For in-person polling, QR codes or a kiosk display are available, along with password-gated ballot invalidation and reinstatement. Ballot links can be shared through Zoom, Teams, Slack, email or other conferencing chats without an integration. The maker describes TLS traffic, bcrypt-hashed admin credentials and expiring signed sessions, and says self-hosted data remains on the organization’s server. Plans include free self-hosting, Starter at $29 /month, Pro at $75 /month and custom Enterprise pricing; a 7-day trial is listed.
