VisualARQ
What it is
VisualARQ is architectural BIM software for Rhino 7 and 8 on Windows. It converts freeform geometry into informed BIM objects and supports custom parametric objects, including walls, curtain walls, doors, windows, beams, columns, stairs, railings, slabs and roofs. The software creates linked 2D plans, sections and elevations, real-time vector drawings and quantity take-off reports exportable to Excel. It exchanges IFC 2×3 and IFC 4 files and exports page layouts to DWG. Grasshopper components and a RhinoCommon API support C#, VB.NET and Python. VisualARQ works with Rhino-compatible render engines such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion and Twinmotion. Licenses are permanent, have no subscription fees and include free updates within the same major version. A fully functional evaluation costs nothing for 90 days, after which some features are disabled. Floating licenses use Cloud Zoo or Rhino Zoo.
