Valimail Monitor
What it is
Valimail Monitor shows email-sending activity from an organization’s domains and whether it passes or fails DMARC. It identifies sending services by name, displays aligned SPF and DKIM results and overall disposition, and can surface unidentified ISPs, open routers, and unsecured hacked servers sending as the organization. Monitor also checks whether sending services are ready for Google, Microsoft, and Yahoo DKIM, SPF, and DMARC requirements. Users can upload a logo to preview how BIMI could appear in mobile and desktop inboxes. The free plan includes 5 users and 10 SPF lookups, with no API access. Monitor provides visibility into DMARC data but does not manage DMARC policy or configure senders through SPF and DKIM. Setup requires adding Valimail’s reporting address to the domain’s DMARC rua parameter so it can receive aggregate reports. Valimail says the product does not change email flow and that it will see no personally identifiable information. The web product has no trial offer, credit-card requirement, or obligation. The free plan’s comparison also lists SOC 2 Type 2 certification and user-level multi-factor authentication.
