What it is
Unfold is a mobile app and web service for creating social content, with hundreds of templates, photo and video filters and effects, and an Instagram feed planner. It also lets users create a Bio Site as a link-in-bio page. Unfold Pro adds a Brand Kit for branded stories, where users can set custom colors, logos, stickers, and fonts, and manage assets in a web dashboard supported by Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Pro users can schedule Instagram posts for automatic publishing when an Instagram Business Account is connected to Meta Business Manager; without that connection, the app provides reminders instead. Unfold and Bio Sites require a Business or Creator Instagram account, as personal profiles are no longer compatible. The free plan is available; Unfold Plus is $4.99 a month, and Unfold Pro is $12.99 a month with a seven-day free trial. Apple or Google handles mobile app subscription payments. Completed projects and related media are stored on the device where created or backed up, while Brand Assets and Bio Site hosting are stored in Squarespace databases. Unfold is a Squarespace product.
