UCals
What it is
UCals is an AI calendar assistant for managing schedules through conversation. Give it a natural-language instruction to make several calendar changes, then continue the exchange to adjust plans using the context of earlier messages. Its scheduling framework covers 11 areas of life, including work, meals, exercise, and travel. UCals syncs in both directions with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook, and it can connect through an MCP server to Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other compatible assistants. Calendar tools include conflict detection, travel-time calculations, location intelligence, linked events, learned preferences, and multi-currency cost tracking. Before changes are made, UCals displays the details; the last change can be reverted by saying “undo.” It is available on Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows, with an API. UCals says it uses OAuth 2.0, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and does not store calendar passwords. A 14-day trial is available. The Single plan costs $15 a month, billed monthly; no task-management integrations are offered.
