Twill
What it is
Twill coordinates coding agents running locally, in the cloud, or through Slack, Linear, GitHub, or a phone. It works with Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode, and lists VS Code and Cursor support as well as terminal access. A task can move from a local agent to the cloud with its branch, uncommitted changes, and conversation. Cloud agents can continue coding and running tests while a laptop is closed, then return a pull request or send the task back to the user's machine.
Each task receives separate files, processes, and services. Agents can draw on task context from connected tools and post updates or open pull requests; scheduled chores and templates are also available. Listed cloud-workflow integrations include Slack, GitHub, Linear, Notion, Asana, Sentry, Datadog, AWS, and Google Cloud. Local runs do not consume credits. Cloud credits track model usage billed through Twill at cost and reset monthly. The free plan includes five monthly credits; Pro costs $50 a month per cloud workspace and includes 50 monthly cloud credits. Twill says prompts, code, and codebase content are not used to train AI models. Enterprise includes private-cloud deployment in a VPC or self-hosting, SSO and SAML, and audit trails.
