What it is
TravelMap is a travel blog organized around an interactive map for documenting previous journeys, sharing current trips, or laying out future travel. Users can attach photos, videos, posts, and links to map locations, then edit routes by adding points, drawing lines, or importing GPS files. The editor also offers map styles, marker icons, and line colors. Maps can be embedded on websites including WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace, and users can create and download a high-resolution PDF travel book. Blogs are public by default, with options to hide them from community and search listings or add password protection. The Free plan costs nothing and permits up to 100 photos, straight lines, a private blog, and no ads. Premium is $43.61 a month, Premium Plus is $1,210.81 a month, and Business is $30,027,010 a year; EU customers have VAT added at checkout on paid plans. Live Tracking requires Premium Plus during the trip and allows up to two active trackings. TravelMap supports Android, iOS, and web, with web as its primary platform.
