Tembrica Video Background Remover
Australia
What it is
Tembrica Video Background Remover is a web tool for removing or replacing video backgrounds. It uses AI for ordinary footage and chroma key for green, blue, black, or white backdrops. It accepts MP4, WebM, MOV, MKV, AVI, WMV, FLV, and 3GP files, and can leave the background transparent or apply a color, gradient, image, or blurred version of the original. Chroma-key controls include range, softness, spill suppression, automatic key-color detection, and an eyedropper. Restore and cut-out brushes allow frame-by-frame mask edits, with neighboring-frame outlines and edits that can be held across a range. Processing runs in the browser using WebAssembly and WebGPU. Export destinations include OBS and the web, Premiere and DaVinci, Telegram video stickers, animated WebP, APNG, and MP4 with a replacement background. The free plan lists two daily runs and a zero-minute file-duration allowance; Premium lists 1,000 daily runs and a one-minute allowance. The tool's listed Premium options include one-off payments without auto-renewal.
