Synty Store
New Zealand
What it is
Synty Store is a web-based source for 3D art, 2D art, animation, and software assets used in games, video, content creation, marketing, and physical products. Its SyntyPass library contains more than 130 packs covering POLYGON and Simple environments, buildings, props, vehicles, characters, weapons, animations, and interface components. Synty officially supports Unity and Unreal Engine; some assets may work in Godot, but official support is limited to those two engines. Free assets are available, alongside one-time pack purchases and a subscription. SyntyPass costs $40 a month, billed three months prepaid with a minimum term, and includes unlimited library access, five seats per license, $10 USD Store credit per license per month, and troubleshooting support. Purchased packs are downloaded from the account area, and Synty says updates regularly include bug fixes. Listed commercial uses include games, board games, VR and AR applications, video content, static art, and promotional materials. When a subscription expires or ends, users must stop using Synty assets in new intellectual property created afterward. The standard subscription license prohibits generative-AI datasets, NFT and blockchain products, and asset marketplaces.
