What it is
Sutori is a web-based timeline and presentation tool for K–12 history and social studies classrooms. Educators can start with templates or build from scratch, adding text, media, quizzes, and polls. Stories support multimedia and interactive activities, can be presented as PowerPoint files, and allow real-time collaboration with unlimited invited collaborators. Sutori integrates with Google Classroom and Microsoft 365 and supports LTI-based learning systems including Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, PowerSchool, Moodle, and Schoology. Students entering through an integrated LMS receive accounts automatically. The free Essential plan allows unlimited presentations but limits creation to text and image items. New users receive a 30-day Sutori Unlimited trial before moving to the free plan; educators can add another 30 days by inviting three fellow educators. Unlimited and Pro subscriptions renew every 365 days. Sutori identifies the service as COPPA- and GDPR-compliant. Stripe handles card data, which Sutori says it does not store.
