SureTake
What it is
SureTake is browser-based podcast recording software for audio and video sessions. Each participant records locally on their own device, producing separate tracks that are processed and ready within minutes. Sessions back up automatically from the moment recording starts. A recording can include up to six people and run for up to three hours before stopping automatically. Participants can add timestamp markers and notes during recording; those notes are delivered with files and are not fully private. Audio exports are available in WAV and MP3, and automatic transcription is included on paid plans. Studios can provide branded recording spaces for clients and manage client recordings together. Webhooks can send download links, session notes, and an optional transcript to a URL for workflows with Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, or custom tools. The free plan costs nothing; paid access starts at $19/mo (annual). Free recordings are deleted after 30 days, while paid recordings are deleted after three months.
