StudioFolio is a web-based workflow service that brings photography client management, bookings, contracts, invoices, projects, messages, and galleries into one system. Each project can connect a client, shoot date and location, contract, invoice, gallery, and task checklist. A booking page collects briefs, shows availability, and organizes inquiries into projects. Gallery clients can favorite images, choose album photos, rate and comment, and download without creating accounts. Photographers can connect Stripe, Paystack, or Flutterwave for payments and link Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive storage. StudioFolio says it stores metadata and temporary signed links rather than original photos. Planning tools show natural-light times and weather for a selected date and location. Desktop and mobile use include a phone-friendly project list and Shoot Day mode. The free plan allows three active projects, 20 portfolio photos, and one storage connection. Paid plans start at $12 per month when billed annually.
