Songscription is a web-based AI platform that turns recordings and video links into sheet music, MIDI, guitar tabs, and an interactive piano roll. Inputs include MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, M4A, MP4, MOV, and WebM files, YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok links, browser recordings, MIDI, and MusicXML. It transcribes piano, guitar, bass, double bass, violin, flute, trumpet, saxophone, drums, and vocals, one instrument at a time. Results can be edited note by note for pitch, timing, deletion, and hand assignment in notation or piano-roll views. Piano cover mode creates a piano arrangement, while chord detection attempts to identify chords in a performance.
