What it is
Service+ is a graphical console for administering Windows services. It can start, stop or pause multiple services at once, edit service properties such as startup settings and dependencies, and terminate a nonresponsive service process without rebooting. Administrators can allow authenticated users to start services while restricting users, including administrators, from stopping critical ones. Service configurations can be imported and exported as XML to duplicate, back up or mirror settings across computers. The console also manages services on a remote computer and can attach a debugger to a service process in one click. Service+ is freeware for Windows.
