SAUTER Vision Center is a modular system for managing buildings, rooms, energy, and maintenance. Energy management offers forecasting, ISO reference specifications, KPI analytics, and notifications about abnormal operation. An optional maintenance module supports plans, automatic order triggers, asset records, and ticketing. Integration options include BACnet/SC, native BACnet, OPC UA, OPC DA through a gateway, MQTT, and SAUTER novaNet. Security features include HTTPS, login and password controls, audit trails, and validated PDF reports. Version 8.1 adds an encrypted BACnet/SC Hub, two-factor authentication, and single sign-on.
