RazorpayX Payouts
Bangalore, Karnataka, India
What it is
RazorpayX Payouts lets businesses send payments to customers, vendors, partners and employees through an API or dashboard. Available transfer methods are UPI, IMPS, NEFT and RTGS for accounts issued by Indian banks. Businesses can upload hundreds of payouts at once, schedule payments through the dashboard or API, and set configurable approval workflows with permission controls. A payout that exceeds the available balance waits in a queue until funds are added. The dashboard also lets users search, view and act on financial transactions, with real-time transaction data and spending insights. RazorpayX says users can send refunds, bill payments and reimbursements directly to credit cards from within an app. The product page names e-commerce, online gaming and financial services among its use cases. Fees are ₹ 4 per transaction for IMPS/UPI transfers below ₹1000, ₹ 5 for NEFT/RTGS transfers, ₹ 6 for IMPS/UPI transfers between ₹1000 - ₹25,000, and ₹ 9 for IMPS/UPI transfers above ₹25,000; GST applies to the fee. RazorpayX says it is not a bank and does not hold a banking license.
