RankGear
What it is
RankGear is desktop SEO software that compares a page with pages ranking for a query and turns the findings into an inspectable, prioritized plan. Its analysis covers on-page, content, entity, technical, link and schema factors, reporting correlations, competitor usage and topical coverage. The catalog contains 870 factors across 22 families, with 856 measured in a standard run. Workspaces support competitive analysis, run comparisons, content creation and controlled experiments. Local SEO displays grid-level Maps visibility across a service area with point audits. Content Intelligence builds SERP-based briefs with topical heatmaps, entities, questions and densities, while BM25 Drafts score content against the live ranking field. Runs create timestamped workbooks and branded HTML reports that can be white-labeled. Projects, provider keys and reports remain stored locally, according to the maker. RankGear runs on macOS and Windows.
