Volunteers can send texts from desktop, tablet or their own smartphone; access is available on Android, iOS and web. Starter costs $99 a month and includes 1,000 monthly credits and one user. Growth costs $199 a month and includes 2,500 monthly credits and three users. SMS uses one credit per segment up to 160 characters; MMS uses two credits. There is no free plan, and Rally says the service is not intended for spam-based texting or rented lists.
