QRetro
What it is
QRetro is a web tool for continuous workflow improvement through retrospectives, health checks, and action planning. Its retrospective flow has seven stages: health check, icebreaker, comments, grouping, voting, discussion, and results. Boards can use more than 100 customizable templates, and the service prepares a concise summary with recommended next steps. Team health is evaluated across six parameters, with ROTI metrics and historical trends available through MCP tools. Planning poker supports Fibonacci, T-shirt, and custom decks, keeping votes hidden until reveal. Participants may join through a shared link without an account. Four icebreaker games—Draw & Guess, Sprint in one GIF, Hangman, and Decoded—run in a game room or retrospective; a game room holds up to 12 players. Integrations include Jira, Linear, Telegram, and Slack. MCP clients such as Claude Desktop, Cursor, and VS Code can query data and perform scoped actions.
