Prime Execution System
Denver, Colorado, United States
What it is
Prime Execution System (PES) is a warehouse execution system that assigns tasks and directs pallets, robots, and other devices in real time. It coordinates orders across stations through to the fulfillment outcome. Four integrated layers make up the system: Prime Management Console, Robot Control System, Floor Manager, and Workstation Platform. PES integrates natively with WMS, ERP, OMS, MES, and PLC systems without middleware, and can connect to equipment through APIs or direct PLC control. Its no-code Workflow Manager supports object-based workflow composition, scheduling, and throttling across workflows. PES can direct forklifts and AMRs to replenish stations before pick faces run dry, and sequence pallets by dock door and departure time. Floor Manager shows robot, station, and battery states, alerts, controls, and daily reports. The workstation layer supports 18 station types with manned or unmanned setups. Prime lists a free trial; pricing is on request. The system is positioned for warehouse, factory, logistics, distribution, retail, e-commerce, and cold-chain operations.
