What it is
Pomfort Livegrade gives digital imaging technicians and directors of photography real-time control over camera images for look management and digital imaging. The macOS software includes primary and secondary grading for SDR and HDR displays, with ASC-CDL, LUT, ACES, FilmLight, and camera-specific look pipelines. Live monitoring supports simultaneous feeds, multi-view layouts, tailored outputs, and 4K/UHD. A shot library stores media, metadata, and looks as an automatic shot log. The software packages references, looks, and metadata for downstream departments, and pairing with Silverstack Lab can automate look matching for dailies. Supported devices include AJA ColorBox, AJA FS-HDR, Flanders Scientific BoxIO, Teradek COLR, and TVLogic IS-mini. Optional modules add synchronized playback and audio, streaming, keying, compositing, extra I/O, or LED control. Standard supports three outputs, expandable to six with Outputs and Streaming. A 10-day trial is available; trial stills and clips carry a watermark.
