What it is
PhotoProofPro is a web-based proofing system for photographers delivering password-protected client galleries. Photographers can record clients, shoots, and orders, and see when clients view proofs or share pages. Each client uses a passcode to enter an individual gallery, which can reflect the studio's branding and is designed for smartphones and tablets. Clients can mark favorites, share proofs for feedback, and optionally use comments or ratings configured per gallery. After selections, a client can place an order; the photographer receives an email containing chosen images and special instructions. The interface is available in several languages, with unsupported languages available on request. The free Starter plan provides 250 MB storage and 30 clients without a credit card. Paid plans start at $13 a year, billed annually ($156), and add capacity and options such as watermarking, full-resolution downloads, unlimited galleries, and branding removal. PhotoProofPro does not print, collect member fees, or fulfill orders.
