Photopia
What it is
Photopia creates video slideshows from photos, videos, and music on Windows and macOS computers. Creator can guide production with an automatic wizard or let users assemble a project manually. It imports media from a computer, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox. Audio controls include song trimming, crossfades, fades, and voiceover recording. Creator offers 700+ built-in effects and filters and publishes to more than 50 formats, including HD, 4K, DVD, Blu-ray, YouTube, Facebook, and Vimeo. Director is the advanced edition, adding unlimited photos, videos, and effects alongside keyframing, masking, adjustment layers, and custom effects. Creator costs $9.95 a month or $99.95 a year; Director costs $24.95 a month or $249.95 a year. Separate Silver and Platinum music subscriptions require a Creator or Director subscription. A 21-day trial is available, with internet required during trial use. Registered software must connect monthly for license validation.
