Pckgr RMM
What it is
Pckgr RMM is a standalone endpoint management platform for Windows and macOS, with a web interface and API. It deploys applications from a catalog, supports automatic updates, scheduled deployments, and remote app removal. Windows management includes policy tools, update rings, patch compliance, and CVE and vulnerability tracking. Windows devices can also use browser-based peer-to-peer remote desktop with encrypted sessions. The macOS agent supports Apple Silicon and Intel, requires macOS 12 or later, and does not need MDM enrollment. Some features—including remote desktop, policy management, Windows Update compliance, and vulnerability tracking—are not available on macOS yet. Pckgr RMM can run alongside Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and other MDMs without requiring migration. Its read-only API can pull tenant data into Power BI, Excel, a data warehouse, or scheduled scripts. The Free plan covers up to five devices and includes community and documentation support. Pro costs $10 a month, then adds 1 USD per additional device per month.
