What it is
Paragon Partition Manager Community Edition is free Windows software for organizing storage and managing disk partitions. You can resize or move partitions by dragging them or entering an exact size, redistribute unused space, and change labels or drive letters. The program checks selected partitions for errors, formats or deletes HDDs, SSDs, USB drives, memory cards, and SD cards, and can undelete volumes after accidental partition deletion. Conversion tools handle logical-to-primary changes, HFS to NTFS without reformatting, and MBR or GPT conversion in either direction. It supports Storage Spaces, RAID, and filesystems including NTFS, FAT32, Ext2/3/4, Apple HFS+, Btrfs, XFS, and Linux Swap. Community Edition includes WinPE bootable media, command-line support, and native Arm64 CPU support. It runs on 64-bit Windows 10 x64 version 1809 or newer, Windows 11 x64, and Windows 11 Arm64. The free plan is for personal, home, and other non-commercial use.
