OmniDiskSweeper
Seattle, Washington, United States
What it is
OmniDiskSweeper is a free macOS utility that lists drive contents from largest file to smallest. This makes it easier to identify large files that may be unwanted, then open them or move them to the Trash. It can scan external drives, and Trash is the default removal behavior; holding Option allows direct deletion instead. Omni says the app is compatible with macOS 26, and that update makes the entire app accessible with VoiceOver. The product page also lists older versions for macOS 10.4 through 10.13. Omni describes the download as freeware that requires no form or personal information. The company says it does not share data gathered from its apps or websites with social media or advertising services. OmniDiskSweeper receives updates, though Omni says its update frequency is lower than for its other titles. Email and phone support is listed weekdays from 10am to 5pm Pacific Time.
