Nipto
Toulouse, France
What it is
Nipto turns household chores into a game for families, couples, and roommates. Members earn eggs for completed tasks, and the app shows who handles which work. It can rotate recurring tasks according to who completed them last. In the weekly race, Niptodon is awarded at half the highest score and Niptorex at 90%, while children pursue their own goal. Weekly eggs become gems that can be exchanged for rewards; parents can approve requests or disable rewards. Children without phones can join as managed members on an adult’s device, protected by a profile PIN. Nipto runs on Android, iOS, and the web, and supports 10 languages. Free use includes five schedules and limited history. Premium adds unlimited schedules, past weeks and tribe statistics, parental controls, custom points and gems, widgets, Siri Shortcuts on iOS 17 and later, smart buttons, and home automation routines. The privacy policy lists email, usage, and device information among collected data.
