What it is
MailReach is an email deliverability service for warming email accounts and checking where messages land. Its warmup activity uses a network of more than 30,000 high-reputation inboxes and supports up to 100 warming emails per day. Reputation tools track each address, show account health by email provider, and can send Slack alerts. Spam tests include provider-level inbox placement views, SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks, blacklist and link checks, seed-list rotation, spam-word checks, and reverse-DNS checks. The REST API can run tests, manage inbox connections, retrieve deliverability statistics, and automate workflows in the app. MailReach works with any provider supporting SMTP, including Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, Brevo, Mailjet, Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, SparkPost, IONOS, and OVH. The All-In-One plan costs $19.50 a month and includes at least 20 spam-test credits and up to 100 warming emails daily; Spam Tester costs $210 a month. API calls are free, while platform usage is billed through spam-test credits and warming seats. The service is for professional use, and MailReach recommends at least 14 days of warmup before campaigns.
