What it is
Legito is a document lifecycle service for creating, managing, and signing documents. Interactive templates and inserted data let users automate advanced documents without coding, then route them through approval workflows. It also supports renewal tracking, contract templates, and document timelines with audit trails showing who did what and when. Signatories can use a web browser on any device without installing an app; BioSign supports biometric signing of PDFs on tablets and smartphones. Direct signing is limited to PDF files, so other document types are converted first. Signed PDFs are encrypted using a verified third-party certificate. Integration options include no-code tools, APIs, webhooks, and DocuSign. Legito offers a free workspace and electronic signature. Paid Workspace plans include a 30-day trial. Starter is listed at €6.90 a month, and Business at €13.90 a month. Membership renews automatically, but users can cancel at no extra cost.
