LegalSifter
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States
What it is
LegalSifter’s ReviewPro applies a company’s legal and risk positions to contracts and creates tracked-change drafts. Each proposed edit can include a plain-English explanation and optional comments for the counterparty. ReviewPro Assistant drafts new terms and makes custom edits through conversation. More than 100 standard playbooks are included, and teams can create playbooks from templates, previous redlines, or policy documents. Add-ins let users work in Microsoft Word and Google Docs. The product also includes a searchable contract repository, intake, ticketing, Kanban workflow, approval workflows, obligation tracking, renewal alerts, AI contract review, native e-signature, and a workflow builder. LegalSifter says ReviewPro is hosted on AWS and is SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant. It is designed for CFOs, COOs, and operations leads responsible for contracts, and the trial FAQ says legal training is not required. Standard implementation and onboarding are included with subscriptions. The web product has no free plan, but a seven-day trial covers up to 20 contracts in the US, Canada, and European Union with a company email. Annual plans range from $2,750 a year for Consumption Basic to $40,000 a year for Consumption Enterprise; seat-based plans are also listed.
