What it is
KaraDolphin is free Windows karaoke software for playing songs with synchronized lyrics, playlists, singer management, animations, and fullscreen mode. It supports MP3, WAV, FLAC, WMA, and OGG audio, along with LRC, ASS, and UltraStar TXT lyric files. Online lyric searches use lrclib.net. After you calibrate lyrics once, KaraDolphin saves the timing offset for later playbacks. Playlists can be imported in M3U, M3U8, XSPF, and PLS formats, reordered, and arranged by dragging songs. A .kado setup file can preserve music, lyrics, and singers for later import. Each song supports up to four singers, with a waiting screen between singers or songs. Users can adjust lyric colors, interface options, and quick settings. The software is currently beta version 0.8, and its download section says “coming soon.” It runs on Windows x64; the site says Linux via Wine may work.
