What it is
InstaText improves writing that you provide, concentrating on clarity, readability, grammar, and style without generating new content. Suggestions remain visible for you to accept or reject, and edits are not applied automatically. The service is available through the web, browser extensions, and desktop software. Its extension supports more than 20 online platforms, including Google Docs, Gmail, WhatsApp, Slack, Overleaf, Outlook, Salesforce, and WordPress. A Word add-in works with Word online and the classic version, including Track Changes for suggested revisions. The desktop app offers Auto, Formal, and Informal tone settings, while Personal Dictionary rules can preserve or replace selected wording. The free plan allows five improvements daily and up to 1,500 characters at once for personal, non-commercial use. InstaText One costs €24.99 per month or €9.99 per month billed yearly at €119.88 yearly, with unlimited use.
