HookFeed
What it is
HookFeed turns webhook events from a team’s tech stack into alerts and scheduled digests, sent to Slack or email. It formats incoming events as readable notifications with templates, custom fields, and action buttons; digests can run hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. The service names Churn Buster, Customer.io, Formspree, Help Scout, SavvyCal, and Stripe, and says it can work with any app that sends a webhook. HookFeed receives events and sends notifications without changing data in connected apps. For providers that sign webhook payloads, it supports signature verification and rejects events that do not pass configured checks. HookFeed says its application, database, webhook ingestion, and API traffic use TLS/HTTPS, and that stored data is encrypted at disk level. Event retention is 30 days on Free, 90 days on Starter, one year on Pro, and unlimited on Business. The web-based Free plan is free; Startup is $29 a month with 500 alerts/month, and Team is $99 a month with 5,000 alerts/month. HookFeed cautions that delivery is at-least-once, not guaranteed, and downtime events may be lost if senders do not retry.
